AdeAlade Trading connects Nigerian suppliers with UAE buyers and facilitates cross-border B2B fulfillment, including the trading of charcoal, spare parts, electronics, foodstuff, and garments.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any custom duties, VAT, or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on destination, product category, and third-party logistics. AdeAlade Trading is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or courier-related issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cross-border trade, returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged goods upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours)

  • Incorrect item received

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after product return and inspection.

7. User Accounts
